The terms for using Achiever.
Achiever is provided by Forss Management Consulting AB (Formacon), corporate ID number 559086-4780, formacon.se. By using the service you accept these terms.
Achiever is a productivity platform for planning, prioritisation, collaboration and AI-assisted work management. The service is provided as is and may change over time as features are changed or replaced.
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and for making sure the information you store in the service is used lawfully. You may not use Achiever for illegal, harmful or unauthorised content, or to disrupt the availability of the service.
The free plan can be activated directly in the service. Paid plans such as Pro and Team are currently activated manually. Commercial terms, price and start date are confirmed at activation.
Parts of the service use AI to suggest tasks, plans and priorities. The suggestions are just that — suggestions. You are always responsible for making a reasonable assessment before using them in business-critical situations.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee that the service is always free from interruptions. For incidents or questions, contact us at pierre.lindbom@formacon.se.
Forss Management Consulting AB is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data beyond what follows from mandatory law.
How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the security and stability of the service at risk.
Swedish law applies to these terms. In case of discrepancy, the Swedish version prevails.
